This Shipping Policy explains how Miami Bag (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes and ships orders placed on our website.
1) Shipping Destinations
We currently ship internationally from Bulgaria.

2) Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within [1–2] business days.
Processing time means the time we need to prepare, pack, and hand your order to the courier. Processing time does not include transit (delivery) time.
Please note:
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- During peak periods (sales, new drops, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
3) Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination and courier. Estimated transit times are shown at checkout and are provided as a guideline.
Typical Standard delivery estimates:

- International (non-EU): [7–14] business days
Typical Express delivery estimates:

4) Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over 150 EUR. Express delivery is available for a flat rate of 15 EUR.
You will see the total shipping cost before completing payment.
5) Tracking Your Order
If tracking is available for your shipping method, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- your tracking number,
- a tracking link (where applicable).
6) Customs, Duties & Taxes (Important for international customers)
For international deliveries additional charges may apply depending on your country’s rules, such as:
- customs duties,
- import taxes/VAT,
- handling fees charged by the courier.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
For UK and non-EU destinations, customs procedures may cause delays.
7) Delivery Issues and Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to:
- incorrect/incomplete address,
- failed delivery attempts,
- refusal of delivery,
- unpaid customs fees,
we can reship the order after it returns to us. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Miami Bag is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect customer-provided information.
8) Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Delays
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@miami-bag.com and we will assist by contacting the courier and opening an investigation if needed.
Lost shipments
If a courier confirms a parcel is lost, we will offer an appropriate resolution such as a replacement (if available) or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@miami-bag.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- your order number,
- clear photos of the item and packaging.
