Return & Refund Policy

At Miami Bag, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

1) Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • The bag must be unused (not worn/carried), not washed, and not perfumed.
  • All tags must remain attached and the product must be in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging it arrived in (including the cardboard box).
  • Due to the nature of neoprene, the bag must be folded in the same way as received to avoid material damage during shipping.
  • The return must include:
    • the receipt/proof of purchase, and
    • completed return form.

If any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return and/or refund. In such cases, the item may be shipped back to you at your expense.

2) Return Shipping Costs

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to:

  • a manufacturing defect, or
  • an incorrect item (wrong color, size, or model) received.

In cases where the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect, Miami Bag will cover the return shipping cost and, if applicable, the shipping cost of the replacement item.

4) Return Form

A return/withdrawal form is required. You can download the template here.

5) Refund Processing & Method

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Card payments (credit/debit): refunded to the same card used for the purchase, typically within 3 business days after approval.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6) Defective or Incorrect Items (Claims)

You have the right to file a claim if:

  • the product has a manufacturing defect discovered upon delivery, or
  • you received an item that does not match your order (wrong color, size, or model).

In these cases, Miami Bag will cover the return shipping and any subsequent delivery costs required to resolve the issue.

To request a claim, email us at support@miami-bag.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • your order number, and
  • clear photos of the issue (product + packaging if relevant).
