How should I care for my Miami Bag?

We know you want your Miami Bag to look beautiful for years to come. Neoprene is a lightweight and flexible material, but it deserves gentle care.

For cleaning your Miami Bag:

  • Hand wash is strongly recommended
  • If machine washing, use a "hand wash" or delicate cycle only
  • Use cold water only
  • Do not use fabric softener
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not spin cycle
  • Do not iron
  • Do not dry clean
  • Always dry flat in a horizontal position

Allow the bag to air dry naturally. This will help maintain its shape and structure.
How should I store my Miami Bag?

Neoprene is an incredible material — lightweight, durable, and modern — but like all premium materials, it should be treated with care.

To maintain your bag's beauty:

  • Avoid overfilling it
  • Do not let the bag hang by the handles when full
  • When storing, place it flat or on a stable surface
  • Keep it in a cool, dry place

Is the material waterproof?

Neoprene is water-resistant and dries quickly, making it ideal for beach days and travel. However, we do not recommend fully submerging the bag in water.
Is it suitable for beach and everyday use?

Absolutely. While inspired by coastal living, the design transitions effortlessly from beach to city. It's durable enough for sand and sun, yet polished enough for everyday styling.
Is this bag good for travel?

Yes. It's lightweight, spacious, and folds easily into luggage — perfect as a carry-on, beach bag, or daily tote.
Is the bag lightweight and comfortable to carry?

Yes. Miami Bags are made from premium neoprene — lightweight, flexible, and comfortable on the shoulder even when full. Designed for all-day wear.
What if my Miami Bag arrives with creases?

Although we ship all bags in protective packaging, minor creasing can occasionally occur during transport. This is completely normal due to the soft and flexible nature of neoprene.

To restore the shape:

  • Hang the empty bag overnight on a hook or hanger
  • Or use a small amount of gentle steam to help relax the material

Please note: Do not iron the bag.

Once removed from packaging and allowed to rest, the material will naturally soften and smooth out.
